Imagine you are sitting on a sandy beach,
in the sunny and warm afternoon.

You feel the pleasantly calm waves and soft breeze .
(Have your legs crossed/ Bend your knees),
push your hips back, and straighten your back.
Now, you are sitting in the most relaxed position.
Close your eyes slightly.
Close your outer eyes and open your inner eyes,
so that you can see a dim light in front of your eyes,
and have a glimpse of the bridge of your nose.
You feel the energy flowing downward in your body.
Close your lips and
gently place your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
It’s a clear sunny day, a day of tranquility
You feel peacefulness within you,
as if a small stone quietly sinks straight into the deep water.
Open the doors of your mind wide,
and let go of all the things in your mind, one by one.
Empty your mind and embrace the pure and clear energy permeating through your heart
Now, you feel so comfortable.
You’ve never been at such calmness and peacefulness.
Sense the rhythm of your inhalation and exhalation.
Breathe in deeply through your nose
and feel your chest and abdomen expand.
Breathe out deeply so that your abdomen pushes against your back, and with that resilience, you breathe in,
pulling the energy up to the top of your spine.
If any thoughts arise, separate yourself from them and observe your own breathing.
Breathe in slowly,
and let the fresh and clear energy fill you inside.
Then breathe out slowly,
and the worries and stress in your mind goes out.
Breathe in slowly again, and breathe out.
Stress and tension in your body is released
through the palms of your hands and soles of your feet.
Do not think of goodness.
D not think of badness.
Forgetting your own existence or form,
your mind returns to nature.
With the sound of the singing ball,
we will begin the true breathing, the breathing of life that makes us become one with nature.
Breathe in slowly and deeply through your nose,
feeling your stomach expand.
Breathe out slowly through your mouth.
Toxic energy is being released from your body.
Inhale slowly and deeply again through your nose.
Now exhale completely
as if your stomach can touch your back.
If your mouth begins to salivate, swallow the saliva as you imagine that it will fall down to your belly.
